That's the sound of time flying by! I seem to be having a hard time "getting it together" this holiday season. No, I'm done with my shopping. The tree and all the decorations are up. Everything else is undone though. So...if you were hoping for a pretty, awesome, hand quilled Christmas card this year, forget about it. I even started in October! Imagine, ME being ahead of the game! Then I had paying customers (yessssss) so I never got around to finishing them. As a matter of fact, I probably won't send any cards out this year. Dang it! I'm pretty sure that the grandsons gifts will be late too. Dang it!! Aaaand the only holiday show I've watched so far was Rudolph. I have a list of things to do as long as my arm ~ tic toc tic toc. Dang it!!!

OK...last Thursdays "cancer free celebration" day turned out really nice. He said it was like having two birthdays this year. Awwwww. He passed on the donuts though. Instead he had a Cinnabon for dessert, late in the evening. He picked a movie on PPV to watch - Cowboys and Aliens. We are both still in awe over the HD picture! Oh yeah, the movie was ok. Lots of great special fx and it actually worked, the whole cowboys fighting aliens thing. Kinda fun. The weekend flew by, as expected and now there's only one more until Christmas. Really? The end of the year is fast approaching. Really?

Youth is wasted on the young. I wish I had known that there were going to be SO many things I wanted to do when I got older!
