Embracing Mac and Cheese

It's one of my top 5 favorite foods. I LOVE mac & cheese! I especially love cafeteria style mac and cheese. I know it's gross, I don't care. If I could, I would eat mac & cheese a couple times a week, easy! Mmmmmm. So today I'm going embrace love for macaroni and cheese by sharing these fun facts;

Kraft Foods introduced its boxed macaroni and cheese in 1937, when America was in the throes of the Great Depression.  The product could serve four for 19 cents and the company sold 8 MILLION boxes of its quick-and-easy- macaroni and cheese in a year!!

Today, more than 1 million boxes are sold daily!! DAILY! 

There are 20 different options and flavors of mac & cheese.

It's the de facto national dish of Canada. 
Kraft Macaroni and Cheese is insanely popular in Canada.  Canadians purchase nearly 12 percent of all the Kraft Mac and Cheese produced, and eat 55% more of it than Americans do! My kind of people for sure :-)
